Add another SOURCE for ticket initiation.

  •  I would like to add skype as a source for ticket initiation beside the default ones already listed such as email, phone, on-site, etc.....  Any help would be appreciated.

  • While I can't help with making this change, just wanted to recommend that it may make more sense to use something generic like "Instant Messenger" as a source type.  Avoiding product names in fields saves you the headache when the company invariably migrates to a new platform a few years from now and then you'll need to change it again.
