I do not see in the documentation how to read or create "custom fields" through BMS API. Is this possible to do?
The BMS API does not currently support custom fields. We are tracking this as a feature request for a future release. We will probably roll out support for custom fields incrementally. So far, we are tracking Assets, Accounts, and Contacts. Which objects would you be interested in?

It would really be interesting to have read / write access to all the custom fields, but for urgency right now we would need access to the custom fields of the tickets, contacts and contracts.
