Critical Issues For Customers To Patch Immediately

Virtual System Administrator™

  • Fixed an issue preventing Classic Monitoring from working when applied to Server 2016 agents. (NINEFOURPT-404/DISMON-1283)
  • The timestamp shown when a report is published now reflects the preferred time set on the System > Preferences page. (NINEFOURPT-398/APPF-2414)
  • Updated the default OS score types and weightings in the Executive Summary report to include new OS types. (NINEFOURPT-428/APPF-2556)

  • Fixed a looping 'permission denied' message that can display opening LIve Connect. (NINEFOURPT-472/EES-1548)
  • Fixed an issue with the Quickview > Procedure History list showing events in Kserver time instead of the preferred time set on the System > Preferences page. (NINEFOURPT-394/APPF-2474)
  • Provided an optional configuration for remote control sessions that show a black screen on some administrator machines. When this occurs, configure the following on the affected administrator machine you are running Live Connect from. (NINEFOURPT-473/EES-1113).

    Add the following two lines to the %APPDATA%\Kaseya\KaseyaLiveConnect.ini file. If the file doesn't already exist, create it using a text editor.

  • Fixed an issue with returning/updating data using the REST API put /system/users/id. (NINEFOURPT-402/APPF-2445)

Cloud Backup

  • Fixed some issues with the collection of backup data caused by old activities that don't exist anymore. (NINEFOURPT-468/EXT-2965)

Software Management

  • Fixed an issue adding Software Management as a new module while updating to 9.4.0.22. (NINEFOURPT-475/SDP-3094)
