Do you happen to know if ticket 171316 is resolved in this patch? NINEFOURPT-290/SDP-2070 looks possibly related.
I believe it is related, from what I am seeing, but I don't believe it will fix the exact condition your support ticket is referencing.
I will look a bit more into it as they are very very similar but not exactly the same conditions and I could be mistaken.
We installed patch 15 without error, but:
A new Acronis Alert History page has been added. The retention period is specified using a new Settings > Global Settings > 'Acronis Alert History Retention Period' option. The default is 120 days. (NINEFOURPT-242/KCB-402)\
This new page doesn't exist for us. There is no settings -> global settings.
OK Quick update, you have to do a reapply schema to get the global options tap.....the patch doesn't do this automatically.
Having manually run a reapply schema,the global tab has now appeared.
I can confirm, the two issues you are referencing are not exactly related so the fix in SDP-2070 will not resolve the issue you are looking for.
