We are monitoring a variety of SQL servers in our environment and I have discovered that some of the out of the box SQL tests are incorrectly configured. Specifically the Lock Average Wait tests. By default any of the Lock Average Wait tests have a Post-Processing directive set to None. This is incorrect as the value reported is a DELTA.
It is easy enough to change, but hopefully Kaseya will adjust it for us in the future. If you do not change it to Delta, the Lock Average Wait continues to grow to exceedingly large values and stays there until SQL Server is restarted.
Hope that helps someone,
