Has anyone dealt with this issue or have any advice?
Dell 7480 with latest windows 10 updates.
Latest Dell drivers updated through Dell Command Update.
Latest Intel HD driver from Intel.
Targus dock ACP7701AUZ (we tried a couple of docks, same behaviour)
Latest display link drivers.
Plug laptop into Targus dock.
Attempt to liveconnect or remote control any computer using Kasaya.
The liveconnect/remote control window appears but is blank (white window with no content).
However if you move the Window to the laptop screen, the Kasaya window contents appears and works normally.
I have the exact same issue with the Dell D3100 dock, which may just be a rebranded Targus dock.
Going to reach out to see if i can also get the updated exe like this case: community.kaseya.com/.../23002.aspx
I have the exact issue but I have a new Dell Inspiron 5770 with a Plugable UD-6950 Docking station. I also tried using just a usb to dvi adapter instead of the dock and it had the same issue. The only thing I can think of is an issue between Kaseya and DisplayLink.

Seems to fix a bunch of weird errors for us on certain hardware.
Thanks Craig! Navanitha G from Kaseya support also emailed the config file to force software rendering. All is well now!
