Does anyone know if Kaseya keeps a log of Chat Sessions? Is there a way to pull that data from our Kaseya Server?
I am not sure if there is a way to track this information in the UI.
However, you should be able to locate this information in the 'chat' table.
You can find it in SSMS as 'dbo.chat' schema.
