We have a technician whose keyboard does not work at all in KRC. It doesn't matter what agent he is connecting to. We have opened a support ticket, but it has been 3 days without any progress and he is barely able to work. Has anyone else run into this and found a solution?
We managed to figure out what the problem was. The technician was using Synergy for mouse and keyboard sharing and KRC doesn't work when Synergy is enabled.
