Issue With remote control after 6.2 upgrade

  • Got a strange issue and have logged a job with Kaseya support, but maybe someone else has had the issue or insights.

    Since the upgrade we can not remote on to any machine with rdp or vnc unless there is no user logged on to the machine if there is basically the connection fails.

    Though we can connect using Live connect with no issues.

    Get the following script errors when trying to remote on to the machine from the "Agent Procedure failure"
