Reset Password - via the Remote Control function - not working

  • We recently upgraded to version 6.2.0.0.

    Can someone confirm that the ability to Reset Password via the Remote Control function group is still working?

  • Taking a shot in the dark here... did you make sure the client agents were also upgraded to 6.2 version?
