We have been having issues with Initial update for some time now. At first we had some troubles with credentials ( which made absolutely no sense...). Now we are having general failures such as "WUAPatchScan (x86) failed in step 8"

My major issue with our inital updates not working is that Kaseya patch staus and initial update pages just remain the same - they report that it's still running!! Forever until I cancel it!.

There is no feedback. Surely Kaseya can give better feedback in unexpected circumstances...or did the developers simply presume that Inital Update would run without a hitch??
