I'm annoyed as hell with all of the "manual install" patches showing up in Kaseya, but I guess I'm stuck with it.

I'd like to have a ticket for each machine that needs a patch manually installed, that way it shows up as something to be done, and something that can be checked off / closed. I see the patch notifications for failed install, new patches, etc; but is there a way to make a patch open a ticket only if it's a manual install?
