I've noticed a few endpoints where one version of Office is installed, say Office 2016, and then a standalone component from a different version of Office is installed alongside it, like Visio 2013. When these endpoints have a patch scan, a bunch of Office 2013 patches are listed as Missing Approved, though they never seem to install. I believe this is due to Kaseya mistakenly detecting Office 2013 on that endpoint because of the 2013 standalone component.
Has anyone else seen this behavior before? Is there a clean way of purging the Missing Approved list, getting Kaseya to detect the correct software installed, or working around this?
