Why would this message pop up on a client machine after a patch scan?
Do you have any procedures in place to prompt the user when you are about to perform updates?
possibly it is an update which requires user interaction or automatic reboot. I have seen this years ago where office (2k or xp) updates were installed and showed this kind of messages.
Yes. This message was coming from the fact that I had inadvertently approved the Internet Explorer 9 update which requires user interaction to complete the install.
