KB2553070 / MS11-072 Patch Failures

We have had nearly all of our machines fail to install this patch - when installed from Windows Update it does not require a reboot, but we see the switch for no reboot on the patch within Kaseya .. and after attempting to install it requires the machine be rebooted by the K Patching process so it will register, but after the reboot it registers as patch failed ... anyone else seeing this? and does anyone that has seen this found a fix/workaround for it yet?  Or anyone have ideas on what to check to fix it?
