Patch Nag Reboot, hanging your agents?

  • We have noticed something for a long while that has caused us so much trouble. Lots and lots of machines, their agents, get hung on running the following script:

    Patch Nag Reboot

Very VERY!!!! frustrating. We have to gain alternate access (out of band) to the machines that have this problem and reboot them. This doesn't seem to just happen on specific computers. This seems to happen on all computers at random times.

Anyone else experiencing this and frustrated? This is causing us countless lost hours of time.

  • What is your reboot action set to? Are you able to go to pending scripts and cancel the script? Does this resolve the issue?

I would recommend you log a support ticket for this. Be sure to include some example occurrences (machine details, time/date of crash, etc).

Reboot action is user prompt every 60 minutes. We have been running Kaseya for 3 years, and this problem only started happening sometime after the last major upgrade.

  • We are seeing the same thing. The irritation factor hasn't been high enough for us to log a ticket yet.

  • We too have experienced the same issue. It's rather irritating, but like xogent, not enough that we've logged a support ticket. That being said, it would be great if we could resolve it.
