Getting event sets to ticket

  • I am fairly new to Kaseya but have set up event set to monitor certain events, I have checked to ticketing option but do not receive a ticket. The event appear in the log and sometimes email received but no ticket. Can anyonr help pleaseConfused

  • I have upgraded the agent to 5.0.0.8 and this seems to have resolved the problem

  • where did you get that agent, all mine say 5.0.0.0, even if I force on update.
