Workstation - Agent Offline Events

We are currently considering enabling these events for a particular client. I have only configured the alert for when the system goes offline. In testing this on our test workstation, if I shut the workstation down normally, I will not receive a offline alert.
If the Workstation looses connectivity the alert functions as expected.
Is this the expected behaviour for this alert?
Thanks
Jeffrey

Nope... Keseya will detect when an agent is offline (no longer connected) to the K Server and alert accordingly. This means if the system is down, or if the connection is down, expect an alert (if you set one).
