Alerts raised on old email address

Hi there,

I'm fairly new to this system, we've been using it now a few months.

One thing that i have been unable to fix is the alerts, only some of them still goto an old email address, while in the alert settings, it should be going to our monitoring@ email.

 

Any ideas on which tables to scan, i have started crawling the database for the offending email address, but can't find it.

  • Just to close this one off, the table in question was 'ticnotify".
