I'm using K2.

Question:  Is there a way, be it manually by editing a file on the KServer directly or not, to edit the outgoing email format when a new ticket is submitted?

Currently, it looks like:

[Ticket Notes ~ticRefId='7023']
Ticket ID: 7023
Machine ID: blahoc.blahgroup
Log in and view ticket http://mykserver.com.com/?ticId=7023

Now, my problem is that I need MORE information in that email.  Specifically I need the fields the user enters when submitting the ticket such as "Name" and "Email" and "Phone"

Ultimately, I need the emailed ticket to look like so:
