Kaseya Monitoring : not responding

I'm trying to create a monitoring overview of my company's client. I want to start with monitoring the disk space of servers.

I have already created a monitor set that is supposed to check for the available disk space of every disk of our servers. The problem is when i apply the set to the agent, they all return "not responding". I've checked the servers : the sets won't show up in perfmon.exe. There are also no logfiles in Klogs.

I've added the Monitor Log of Kaseya and the settings of the monitoring set

Can someone help me with this ?

    Monitor sets can show "Not Responding" for a number of reasons.

    I have listed many in my reply to the below thread in this community:


    Additionally, if this set was just deployed - it can take the counters about 30~45 minutes to start reporting back data.

    It seems the counters are now running on the servers. I just needed to wait a bit longer.

    The only problem now is that i can see the return values in the log files, but Kaseya is still showing "Not Responding".

    Never mind, Kaseya is showing the values now. Thank you for the fast response and the help
