I know we can add the contact info for an agent under the Agent - Configure Agents - Edit Profile. Problem with this method is I have to enter the contact info for each individual agent in the machine group. I know I could create a policy and assign it to the machine group but I am hoping to do this a different way.

With this method above I plug in these two variables into the Format Email of the alert: 

<db-vAgentConfiguration.contactName>
<db-vAgentConfiguration.contactPhone>

What I would like to do is this.
Under the System - Orgs/Group/Depts/Staff - Manage there is a Contact Information section that I'd rather fill out for each machine group and use that contact info for our email alerts. Problem I have with this is I cannot find a variable for this contact info location to plug into my Format Email for the alert type.

Does anyone know the variable or how to get this info into my email alerts?
