I have a problem with creating tickets for events.

 When an event of Symantec System Recovery with number 100 occurs with description "Information 6C8F1F7*", the backup was created well, and it generates a ticket.

 In "Agent-> Agent Logs", events 100 do exist for all units, so the agent records the events well.

 The problem is that not all tickets are generated for all units. On some servers works fine, but not in others.
