BUDR 4.0 AND OFFSITE WITH SYNTHETIC FULL ACTIVE

Hi

We have 20 client server with Backup and Offsite with synthetic full option. With BUDR 4.0 when the FULL backup start (incremental are OK) the synthetic full on the client hang at 95% and stay forever in this condition.

In the storage at the client lan, the backup is created, but the process not finish.

With the BUDR version 3.0 this problem doesn't existed

  • Among other issues with BUDR 4.0 I am having the same problem with a few of my servers.  Did you ever find a resolution?

  • I have open a Ticket at Kaseya support, but i do not receiving any answer, so i removed the backup, reboot the client and reinstall the Budr 4.0. I have rescheduled the backup and now all it is ok.
