K2 Update Disables Outbound Email

  • Has anyone encountered this? It looks as if after the upgrade to K2 our outbound email for notifications when servers go down etc was turned to disabled. Just wondering if this was a problem with anyone else? Thanks in advance.

  • Yep, found that to be an issue too.  I went to System -> Server Mgmg ->  Outbound Email

    From there, I clicked the Disable and then the Enable buttons at the top of the page.  Once I did this, my emails started flowing automatically.
