v5, no 'type' in event alert emails??

hey folks, wierd problem over here...we upgraded to v5 and in doing so, we are not receivng the 'type' in the event log emails sent from kaseya...a for instance:
Now:
---------------
Log: Application
Type:
Event: 257
Agent Time: 2:11:53 pm 24-Mar-08
Event Time: 6:11:53 pm 24-Mar-08 UTC
Source: Alert Manager Event Interface
Category: None
Before upgrade:
---------------
Log: Application
Type: Error
Event: 1000
Time: Mar 6 2008 11:39PM
Source: .NET Runtime 2.0 Error Reporting
Category: None
anyone else having this, or similar, problem??
ps: it is pulling the event 'type' from the server...if you go into the individual agent, to his agent logs tab and select one of the server event logs, they show there, on the left column, correctly..they're just not pulling thru in the emails, which the 'format email' hasn't changed and still contains the '' option...

I also noticed that the type was empty. I didn't report it to them yet.

i opened a case sometime last week, but haven't heard anything back yet other than "the case has been forwarded to dev"...hope it gets fixed soon, we've got ~700 agents that make quite a bit of noise...
