Can't blame AVG... Trusteer behaves exactly like malware. Those guys are giving IT shops the finger in a bad way.
Speaking to customers within support tickets who have experienced the conflict between AVG/KES and IBM Trusteer Rapport where it causes machines to not boot have said the steps provided in the FAQ from AVG helped them get the machines booted up again. To follow up with this thread, AVG and IBM have released updates to their respective software packages to address the conflict between the two applications. Additionally, AVG has addressed the problem with the reporting of Luhe.Susphat.1. helpdesk.kaseya.com/.../94791527-Endpoints-running-KES-freeze-or-will-not-boot has been updated with the current information, and all customers who had opened tickets on this issue have been updated directly via the ticket.
