I have a windows 7 machine with problems doing differential backups.
Full volumes work fine, differentials fail every time.
I have tried rescheduling the backup to a less congested time frame, changed which NAS it backs up to.
Image location test yeilds BAD PATH
Set credential is fine.
Any suggestions?
BUDR, KOB or KDB, and what version?\
'BAD PATH' usually means just that.....typically either a typo, or a permisisons issue.
One common mistake is, you need to use a UNC path as the backup location (\\server\share) not a drive letter, as backups run as the 'system' account, which can't access mapped drives.
