Quite a few Kaseya Partners have found value in being able to have a number of log files pulled up into Kaseya for review later. This can be done as self service operations by the customer, automatically occur when an issue you are monitoring for occurs, or as an operation by the Administrators.
This script will use the 'Get File' command but place the files in the path "..\Docs\#vAgentConfiguration.Machname#-[....] The [...] will be the name of the log file.
You can simply run the script within Live Connect for that machine, and it will be available in the Documents tab within LiveConnect:
This saves you from having to remote to the machine to investigate different log files scattered across the system, and more importantly capture information at the time of the incident.
