plz provide me complete detailed script for deleting temp files, cookies, tem internet files, and defragmentation . I will be most thankfull to you if any one can help me i am trying a lot to make and run those scripts but i can't understand where i fails. so plz help to solve these problem

Search this forum, and you will find some scripts.
You may want to take a look at CCLEANER. Seems to be a popular choice for deelting the type sof files that you mentioned, and used by many Kaseya folks.

I had already worked on ccleaner.exe but I am not able to use this via Kaseya script plz help me to solve this issue when i am using this via cmd i am able to clean all cookies silently same parameters i am using in script but not able to remove cookies silently. if you have used this plz send me script so that i can solve this issue.

Hussain - Please do a forum search on CCleaner threads. There are threads around describing how you can run this from a Kaseya script.
