Script

  • I have just started using Kaseya and I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a Script to run on a network to perform a Network Evaluation.

I hope this is not a crazy question? Any help would be great on this.

    Thanks,

  • Can you be more specific about what a "Network Evaluation" means to you?

Thanks for the quick repsonse. I was wondering if there was a script or scripts that you can use to run a Evaluation of the Network.

    Meaning:

Number of PC's, OS, Apps, hardware, IP's, Printer's and then details a report all in one click. I hope this helps.

  • Wow, that's one powerful click. Smile

To my knowledge, there is no one click that can do that, nor have I seen a script that can be run to do that. In effect, you would be running several scripts and reports to get to that type of detail.

If you install the agents on each machin on a network and they complete their audits, there are a number of reports that you can generate that could give you what you are looking for. But as far as a one-click solution, I'd also love to hear if anyone has one of those.

  • I know I am expecting that we live in a perfect world.

I guess the basic Network evaluation script would do. If there is a script for that, then that would be great.

    Thanks
