Good day,

My question is as follows:

I'm busy setting up event sets, and if a certain event occurs, I want to execute an agent procedure. How do I include the details from the event in the send email part of the agent procedure. I realize the main event email alert can include this, but we are wanting to do this on a per event basis, as to include additional information per event.
The main event action, send email is generic across all events.

    my problem was i was using the <> tags in the email part of the agent procedure because my thinking was, hey its an email, I have now used the ## tags and working like a dream. Thank you very much for the help.
