Has anyone found a way to have a procedure to email with attachment. We keep working around with vbscripts and setting up gmail accounts but would like a nice and easy way to send an email with attachment.
unfortunately no direct way to do this. We had to send some file out after running procedure and all we could do was to send it over FTP.
No other way I believe.
Not that I know of. If its just text, you can dump it via a get file variable then email. If unless its text, don't think that would help.
I know it's not exactly what you're asking for but you could have the procedure execute a VBScript ( and pass the script the name of the attachment) that would send the email with attachement.
To save time having to write the vbscript you could also try this command line tool...
