How To identify username in a procedure that sends email

This question is answered

I created a procedure with a sending a message to the user's screen (Whith a "IF" and the condition User Response YES) IF clicking on YES send an email with a text and IF clicking NO send him email with another text. The problem is that I can not identify the user who sent the email. The Kaseya uses the SMTP settings of the system. I need to document where the user clicked YES or NO ... Can anyone help me?

  • Hi Humberto,

If you use these variables within your email you can identify who clicked yes or no.

#vAgentConfiguration.currentUser# - will list the current user logged in on the machine which runs the script

#vAgentConfiguration.machName# - will list the computer name which the script was run on.
