Slow PC because of procedures

This question has suggested answer(s)

I have one PC that will run super slow unless I suspend the agent.  I re-installed the agent, deleted kworking, temp files and program files directory.  Below is a log of agent procedures.  How to I cancel individual procedures that aren't part of the custom procedures that I create and run?  I found that the user had the automatic updates service disabled and once I enabled it he started having the slowness.

Thanks,

  • Hi phlight,

I think the issue is not Kaseya related but an issue with windows xp. There is an issue which happens with svchost.exe using up 100% of the cpu and if you disable windows update service then it returns to normal.
