The uninstaller is simply LSETUP.exe /U

Check the registry keys at HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\LiveUpdate

Reading values in there will allow you to check for the correct version, and it'll give you the uninstall string. You can always test and see if there's a /q (for quiet) option for LSETUP.exe
