Sample Procedures Running?

 

All,

I have an issue with Sample Procedures that seem to run and have a mind of their own.  Is it a default setting that they run?  They are not set to repeat or are scheduled to rerun but continuously do so... whether I want them to or not.  They populate a lot of error messages, can anyone give me some information  on how to stop these guys before they start?
