  • I now have the Kaseya K2 version. when I import the script it says:
■Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Is there a thing I need to change in the script before I can import it?

hehe you must really want this scirpt lol...

Try reimporting it, it should say that there is another script with the same name... leave the "procedures" area and come back... the Object blah blah error is a knowen bug...

  • I have now imported the script. It runs sucess. I have now a log file. When I use the parser sets, how do I get a alarm on that?

With assign parser sets I can create a alarm when the operator is not equal, but I don't get a alarm.

In the monitoring tab |> Log Monitoring > Parser Summary have you the "Create Alarm" option checked for that machine?

In Log Monitoring > Log Parser have the the correct parser selected?

In Log Monitoring > Assign Parser Sets have you the correct Parser Set (etal) Defined.

If the answer to the above is all yes, then take a look at what you're compairng make sure they're intger..
