I have a custom Monitor set I have created and then moved it to the Shared Folders Section. I tried everything on the Foldre permissions but for some reason when others log in and go to the monitor log section they are unable to see the sets to see a historical graphs. That monitor set does not appear there for them to select.

I opened a ticket on this issue with Kaseya but after 2 days no words yet so as usual I am hoping i get a fatsre response from my Kaseya Gurus here.

PLease help!!!!
