  • Curious here - always see these "does someone have XYZ server monset". Why aren't you guys using the KASM script that will auto build customized monsets for each server?

Using the KASM script, you'll get to monitor the important services PLUS any additional services installed and any line of business services running on the box.

KASM script is in the 2008 script pack and also kicking around on these forums.

  • I just started using Kaseya so I don't know what the KASM script is. Also, can you point me to 2008 script pack. Thanks for your help.

  • I see the xml file but get an error on import:
The IF statement l version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1" ?> is not valid

    Any ideas?

    BTW:
To get the xml file go to Scripts then get file and click on the machine you just ran the script on and you will see a folder called KASM, you should be to take it from there.

Try coping the contents of of the xml file and doing the import that way.

There seems to be some extra stuff put in the XML file that needs to be deleted. I copied my export into Notepad and removed extra hypens '-' and the and tags. I was then able to import successfully.
