Has anyone got any ideas or monitors they can share about how to monitor an SQL server?

Specifically, I have a server whose agent goes offline and online frequently. When you connect with RDP or VNC, the connection also drops frequently.

Kaseya agent logs show "kascSend failed with error -12" frequently. I have upgraded the ethernet driver, which has reduced it a little bit for the kaseya agent status, but remote connections still disconnect frequently.

There are two logical drives and disk queue monitoring shows me that the agent status changes (offline/online) coincide with a spike in the average disk queue on the non-system volume, which is where the SQL database sits.

Any thoughts?
