Service windows

  • Hello,

Is there any way i can setup servicewindows?
I want to do maintenance on a server, but don't want all the alarms to go off if i install/update/reboot/etc etc the machine.

  • Easily... go to the monitor tab and select the suspend alarms function.

  • Thought of that, but that also disables the use of the agent, so no scripts, patches etc etc.

I just want to tell (or script) Kaseya that i dont want warnings or error in a timeframe for exampe 2200-0100

Some sort of pause/suspend monitoring, but not suspending the agent....

  • gdekeijzer,

Hello. Boudj is correct, just go to the Monitor tab, and use the Suspend Alarms function. This only suspends alarms for the time window specified, and does not disable the Agent.

I think you are confusing this feature with the Agent tab->Suspend feature, which actually suspends the entire agent.
