Network Status Dashlet showing red without any errors

  • 1.jpg
I am having a problem with my dashboard showing red and when opened showing no error.
Does anyone have any idea what causes this/how to fix it, normally when this happens these errors will go away on their own after about 24 hours. This time it has been a couple of days and the empty errors are still there.
When i open each of these errors kaseya reports "No records to display." where the actual error would normally be.

    Thanks

The dashboards are showing red alarms when no alarms are open.

  • FYI.
Took the time to reboot the services and then servers hosting kaseya and database without any results here.

Also, I went through and changed the status on every single open alert to CLOSED.

    Neither of those efforts helped.

  • I found this today on my own dashboard. If you go into Monitor > Alarm Summary and look for this agent, you'll find one there which isn't being shown in the dashboard but is causing the agent to be in Alarm state.

  • Thanks for the tip. Unfortunately that didn't work either. There are no open tickets in the alarm summary.

  • How to clear stuck dashboard alarms.pdf
HOW TO CLEAR STUCK ALERTS ON DASHBOARDS
(ALARMS THAT SHOW ON DASHBOARD AS ALARMS AFTER THEY ARE CLOSED)
    1. Open a dashboard
    2. Click on the Group Name
    3. Select the machine name
    4. That will show the alert
    5. Then click on the Green ICON for the machine with the stuck alert
    6. Browse to the Agent Logs/Alarm Log
    7. Find a closed alarm (may have to modify the history to find this)
    8. Open and reclose the alarm and this should update the dashboard!
