agent status doesn't show as alarm on the dashboard

  • i have the machines set to alert and create an alarm/email when the agent doesn't check in for 1 minute but when this happens the network status on the dashboard doesn't show the site as being red. is there something i'm missing?

  • From my understanding and from working with my dash board the Network status dashlet is only used for displaying your monitor set events. Use the Alarm network status dashlet to get the offline messages. Unless you want to write a custom monitor set and apply it to all your clients.
