No response from agent

  • Hi,

    I've created a monitorset. Applied this to many machines. Only one or two machines give no response. Whem i'm going to monitor --> Live connect, the table is grey, (no data).

    How can i resolve this?

    Try checking permissions for the folder that the monitor set is in. On my computer it was in the temp folder on the C drive. I had to add NETWORK SERVICE as a user and give it full permissions on that folder.
