I keep running into the problem of a monitor set not being able to be updated with a new email contact for alerts after I have individualized it. The only work around i have been able to come up with is to remove the set, reapply it with the added email contact, then individualize. But this means that the client whose email I am adding will recieve all of the "exited alarm state" notifications, which was the reason their email was left off in the first place. Anyone know how to correct this problem?
