Alerts & Time Zones

  • We upgraded to 2008 today with no problems.
However, now when my alerts are sent out, they are reporting outages UTC, rather then my time zone. My alerts are 4 hours in the future!

Anyone know where to set this? Wasn't a problem prior to 2008. The server is set to the correct time zone. I can't find anything related in Kaseya help files.

  • Look in the General Discussion forum. You'll find that this is "by design" in 2008 and can't be changed.

"Thank you all for the feedback. We are preparing a hotfix that will provide both the agent time and the alarm UTC time. The hotfix will go out late today."

  • Don't believe it is fixed.
Still getting weird UTC time errors.

  • I would agree. Doesn't seem to be any changes yet and I ran the latest hotfixes this morning....
But I expect the solution is coming soon. (crossing fingers)
