I've installed the IT Services pack and it has some useful templates. However all the email addresses are set to firstname.lastname@example.org. Is it possible to globally replace those with email@example.com rather than doing each one individually?
Are you on K2 or 5?
I'm actually not familiar with G1 in the least. So keep in mind that what I'm telling you to do is based on a WAG. However, were I going to give it a shot, I'd do it like you see below. For this example, your website will be http://www.example.com. Your company name will be Example Company. Your e-mail address will be firstname.lastname@example.org. And the rest you're on your own...but here goes:
And what if I've already added the service delivery kit to Kaseya? :S
Again, WAG, but I think it'd still work. Looking at the SQL, it deletes before inserts and the rest are updates. Worst case scenario you're in the same spot you are now, eh? = )
There's probably another trick you could do with the schema files using their xml to get it to just do the updates, but I don't know it well enough to tell you.
I just connected to your server -- your addresses should all be updated now.
