Alert not generating emails

  • I have set an alert in Monitor > Alerts > function Agent Status for if an Agent has not checked in for 5 minutes, and for some reason the email send feature has stopped working. Alarm and Email are both checked, and the email address is present and valid, and the alert is definitely triggered when appropriate as it appears as a new alarm. I have removed and reapplied the alert but it still won't send an email.

    I appreciate possible delays with emails working through the various systems,so I am not just being impatient.

  • Red face here, it turned out that my IIS was screwed up, not Kaseya.
