What does the External Web Servercheck actually monitor? Does it check for html content on the site you point it at; for example, the existance of an tag? Thanks.

(The silence in here is deafening isn't it?)
I am trying to test the External System web-site check and it is not reporting a'down' site. I have set an agentto check the known-fictional web site
http://nothing.co.xv
every five minutes, but aftera lot more than five minutes has elapsed no Alarm or Email alert is generated.
The agent script history shows "Load System Check" being run at the time the monitor is applied, but not when the five-minute check should take place.
Is anyone else using this feature??
